Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at info@valoriehouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, limited edition pieces including the Love Script Hoodie, and any items that have been worn or washed.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@valoriehouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will resolve this immediately at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
