What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return simply email us at info@valoriehouse.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

Are any purchases final sale?

Items marked as final sale or limited edition pieces such as the Love Script Hoodie cannot be returned due to their exclusive nature. These will be carefully marked before purchase.All other items are eligible for return within 14 days.

When will I get my order?

UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Our pieces are carefully sourced in small batches from specialist manufacturers. Every item is quality checked before it leaves us. We prioritise heavyweight fabrics, distinctive finishes, and construction built to last.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping is £3.99. Free standard shipping on all orders over £40.You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
